Getting bored in the kitchen lately? Just stumped on how to start your 21 Day Fix® journey in general? Well, grab a cookbook and get going!
I recommend Family Fix for busy families with multiple mouths to feed. Family Fix’s recipes are mostly oven bakes and slow cooker (Crockpot) meals that reheat great as well.

I just downloaded both of your cookbooks and I am super excited. Do you have a daily/weekly meal plan that you can share/sell. I am willing to cook, but I would love to have a map for the whole day. All of your recipes look great for my family, so I thought I’d see if you have a “plan”.

Hi, Tricia! I don’t personally have any plans available, but I’ve collected quite a few on Pinterest that might help! http://www.pinterest.com/forkstofitness/

Hi there! I purchased your Fix books last month and I have accidentally deleted the email that had the links to them. Is there a way for me to get them back again???

Hey Jean….I am a single women, which cookbook would be better..any suggestions…or are both kinda similar? Thanks so much

I’d probably do Entrees, but either will work. You could freeze extras or use as leftovers for lunches. If you click on the second photo of either book, you can see the table of contents, too.
