Instant pudding for your gullet! πŸ™‚ Choose whatever fruit suits your fancy. I made both and had hubby choose first. I had pineapple. YUM! πŸ™‚

Instant pudding for your gullet! πŸ™‚ Choose whatever fruit suits your fancy. I made both and had hubby choose first. I got pineapple. πŸ™‚

Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology (I use Vegan, but classic chocolate will work!)
  2. 1 c fruit, fresh
  3. 4 T unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
  1. Prepare yourself. Focus. This is really difficult.
  2. Stir milk and Shakeology until smooth.
  3. Layer pudding with fruit slices.
  4. Put in your belly.
21 Day Fix (per pudding cup)
  1. 1 red, 1 purple
Great Tip
  1. Top with goodies like shredded coconut, Flavor God Chocolate Donut seasoning (ohmygosh) or cacao nibs for a little crunch!

      t = teaspoon
      T = Tablespoon

      As my grandma used to day, “Little t, little spoon! Big T, big spoon!” πŸ™‚
