Oh! I’m currently on the hunt for some great summer salad recipes to get me through the Arizona flaming heat season. I just don’t love firing up the oven when it’s 110 degrees outside! 😀 Instant Pot and salads are my 24/7 jam right now. Grilling is great for evenings and dinners, but not the best for standing outside in that noon time sun, ouch.
