21 Day Fix: Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte

8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 T canned pumpkin
4 oz brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso
1 t pure vanilla
1 t pumpkin pie spice

Optional sweetener: agave, stevia, honey, pure maple syrup, raw sugar

In a small saucepan, stir almond milk, pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice over low heat until hot. Pour over hot coffee or espresso. Sweeten to taste. Put in your belly.

21 Day Fix: 1/2 yellow beverage exchange, fraction of a green (I don’t personally tally it) and optional sweetener (page 15)
