Strawberry & Pistachio Frozen Yogurt Bark

This sweet, healthy and crunchy treat is a great addition to a warm summer day!

  1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Reserve some of the strawberries and pistachios for colorful garnish on top, if desired.
  2. Pour mixture onto wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Using the back of a spoon or spatula, spread mixture flat, but not transparent.
  4. If adding colorful garnish on top, gently press strawberries and pistachios onto the top of mixture.
  5. Freeze for 1 - 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Break bark apart and chow.
