I made this tonight and it is a wonderful healthy version of pizza! I do have one critique though. 1-2 green containers is ridiculous for the size of a flat out and so is a red if you use pepperoni! My pizza was heaping of toppings and I just used one container of red and one of green.

Glad you like it! It really depends on your toppings. I add one full green of fresh spinach and it wilts down nearly flat. Then mushrooms and sauteed onions on top of that, mmm.

Just made this tonight and loved it! I added a red of chicken sausage cut into small pieces, 1.5 blue of mozz chz, just a bit of organic marinara sauce, and 1 green of sautéed mushrooms and onions. Cooked with some oregano, basil, and garlic. Can’t wait to try it again with diff toppings, thank you!!

What type of Flatout do you recommend for someone following 21 Day Fix?
Jean says
Whole grain or multi grain. Just make sure it’s not “enriched” or “bleached” flour. Whole grains are best.
Kyler says
How many pieces can you eat of this a day?
Jean says
Depends which bracket you’re in within your meal.
Danelle Anderson says
Does the flatout count as a yellow?
Jean says
Yepper! One whole grain or whole wheat Flatout = 1 yellow.

Can I make this the night before and refrigerate it for the next day’s lunch without it becoming a total soggy mess? I barely have enough time in the morning to get dressed as it is!
Jean says
Oooh, I have my doubts about that. 🙁 I think it would get soggy overnight.
