I’m a momma of two boys, wife, and the creator of From Forks to Fitness, LLC. I started taking an interesting in healthier living after being just plain fed up with my rollercoaster weight gains & losses, and suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to dig myself out of a funk, daily pain, and weight gain, I started exploring a healthier and more natural lifestyle for our entire family. In 2014, I started the blog From Forks to Fitness, where I write about food + recipes, fitness, and our family life including DIY adventures, travel, our quest toward healthier living, and our silly day-to-day shenanigans here in Arizona.
