If you like the Baked Cheesy Buffalo Dip, you’ll love this pasta! Shredded chicken and pasta lathered in a creamy, cheesy sauce.
- 1/2 c whole grain penne, cooked and cooled
- 3/4 c divided into equal parts shredded & cooled chicken and plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c carrots, shredded
- Tobasco or Cholula to taste
- Pink Himalayan salt & pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
- Fold gently until fully incorporated.
- Put in your belly.
- 1 yellow
- 1 red
- 1/2 green
- 1/2 blue
