Three ingredients and BAM, bowl o’ chocolate pudding. Eat immediately or fridge to set (1 hour).

Ingredients
- 3/4 c plain yogurt
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 t pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
- Enjoy immediately or fridge to set & thicken (approximately 1 hour).
- Put in your belly!

- This recipe can easily be split into two servings. Try serving it with 1 cup of strawberries, too! YUM! Suggested optional toppings: unsweetened coconut, cacao nibs, crushed nuts, coconut whip.

Thank you for the recipe! I made it, but it had a hint of weird taste to it. I’m not sure if it was the squash. Does yours just take like chocolate?

Yeah, it’s pretty chocolatey. Might just be the ripeness or specific variety of your squash.
