What brand of corn tortillas are good for the 21 day fix? Thanks!

Hi, Jamie! And 6-inch corn tortillas will work. Even Target carries them. I use a local-to-me brand (Columbus, Ohio) called Koki’s Tortillas. They’re a family-owned business and I just love them overall! 🙂

Th nks for your tips…please keep them coming!

Do we spray cooking oil on the inside of the shell, which would be facing down, or the outside of the shell that’s facing up?
