Yogurt Banana Parfait

This sweet and crunchy parfait is perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 3/4 c filled half with Greek yogurt and half with ricotta
- 4 walnut halves, chopped
- 5 drops
Vanilla Creme Stevia - 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 - 2 t raw honey
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, ricotta, vanilla extract and stevia.
- Top with bananas and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Put in your belly.
21 Day Fix
- 1 red
- 1 purple
- 1/2 blue
Great Tip
- Try adding other fruit combinations such and mango or berries, unsweetened toasted coconut (and
coconut stevia !) or whole grain cereal for crunch.
